Their high carbon steel blades achieve a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25-degree angle, which makes them easy to sharpen with included Diamond Sharpener and perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use. The Diamond Sharpener has a length of 10 inches and is a professional grade stainless steel Diamond Electroplated rod with ABS tip for enhanced durability and ergonomic safety handle with hanging ring. 

The canvas wraps are made with 14oz heavy duty poly/cotton grey ripstop material, and a heavy-duty clear PVC front to easily identify blade shapes.
