What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure checkout, or by bank transfer using PayID or BSB/account number. For bank transfer, your tax invoice with the payment details is emailed immediately after you place the order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — the minimum order amount is $300. Most orders clear it in one or two items.
How do promo codes work?
Enter your code at checkout and the discount is applied to your total. Codes are validated again when the order is placed, and single-use codes are consumed at that point.
I placed a bank-transfer order — now what?
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the invoice email with our PayID/BSB details. After the transfer, reply to that email with a screenshot of the receipt and we'll confirm payment and dispatch your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, contact us and we'll cancel or amend it. Once shipped, standard returns apply.
How long does delivery take?
1-3 business days Australia-wide. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days usually dispatch the same day.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $300. Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver within Australia only.
Can I track my order?
Yes — log in to your account to see the live tracking timeline, or use the Track Order page with your order number and surname.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are collected at our cost and you can choose a refund, replacement or repair.
Are products covered by warranty?
Everything we sell is genuine stock from official Australian distributors and carries the full manufacturer's Australian warranty. Your invoice is your proof of purchase.
Do you service reels?
Yes — we offer reel servicing and braid spooling from our Sydney workshop. Contact us for a quote.
Do I need to register my PLB or EPIRB?
Yes — all 406MHz beacons must be registered with AMSA (free, valid 2 years). We walk every customer through registration after purchase.
PLB or EPIRB — which do I need?
A PLB is registered to you and fits on your lifejacket; an EPIRB is registered to your vessel and floats free in an emergency. Many boat owners carry both — and where state rules require a beacon on the vessel, an EPIRB is the one that complies.
Why create an account?
Your orders (including ones placed before registration, under the same email) appear in your account with the full tracking timeline, and checkout autofills your details.
What is the Club?
Our free club for regular customers — 10% off your first order, early access to new JDM drops and members-only promo codes.
