We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day usually leave the same day.
Delivery takes 1-3 business days Australia-wide. Rural and remote areas may take a little longer. You'll receive the tracking details by email, and the full timeline is always available in your account.
Shipping is free on orders over $300. A signature is required for orders over $300; Authority to Leave is not enabled by default.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Reels must not be spooled or used; apparel must be unworn with tags.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, the return is arranged at our cost and you can choose a refund, replacement or repair. Contact us first — we'll send you a prepaid label.
Safety-critical items (EPIRBs, PLBs, flares) can only be returned unopened and unregistered, in line with manufacturer requirements.
Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. For warranty claims, contact us with your order number — we handle the manufacturer process for you.
