14-Day Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund, provided it is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all accessories and tags
• Accompanied by your order number or tax invoice

Items that can't be returned for change of mind: spooled or used reels, opened line and terminal tackle, and safety beacons (EPIRB / PLB / flares) once opened or registered.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the return is arranged at our cost and you may choose a refund, replacement or repair — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
